All Natural Tuscan Herb Infused Olive Oil (200ml)

Our Blackberry-Ginger Balsamic is wonderfully sweet and pleasingly tart.  It’s redolent with the exotic, spicy flavor of ginger artfully married with rich, ripe juicy blackberry. It makes a fantastic dressing or marinade, use on chicken, fish, over fruit salad, or oatmeal.  It’s divine paired with our Persian lime olive oil, lemon olive oil, or any one of our un-infused extra virgin olive oils. Our naturally infused balsamic condimento is caramel color-free, free of added sugar or thickeners, and aged in the wood barrels of the traditional Solera System in Modena, Italy.

This White Balsamic is clean, crisp and very tart and boasts a lovely deep, rose blush. It has an amazing fruity, complex bouquet that shines in a multitude of culinary applications. Use to dress fruit or vegetable salads, as a marinade, a glaze for poultry, with a gelatin for a delicious fruit aspic or even in a mixed drink!
