This aged Balsamic Vinegar is amazingly complex, with layers of authentic espresso and dark roasted coffee extract. It makes a fantastic glaze or bar-b-que base for pork, beef or chicken. Add a shot to an “affogato float”, which calls for a tall mug of vanilla gelato scoops covered with coffee.

Playfully tart yet pleasantly sweet, our Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic has excellent balanced acidity and a crisp, lemon flavor and aroma. Fabulous with seafood, in dressings, or in mixed drinks.  Use in marinades, cocktails, shrubs, mixed drinks, or simply add a splash to sparkling water. Pairs well with garlic olive oil, lime olive oil, lemon olive oil, basil olive oil, Tuscan Herb olive oil, or our Baklouti chili oil. Makes a fantastic contribution to salad dressings or marinades!
